Leap day on a leap year brought some special conditions...We logged maybe the second highest descent of the LW ever? Who knows? But lots of water for a pretty big crew! We broke up into pods and made our way down our favorite river dancing with demons and soaring with eagles! Owen, Galen, and Sam for sure logged the highest known descent of Spirit Falls (Incredible the drop goes so well, but is chaos EATIN' at these flows) Hope you guys enjoy the footage. Also for long time listeners, sorry I haven't ever shot real shore footage at these levels, but I am just too scared to get out of my kayak.
I have a highlight edit of all the different high laps from this winter coming soon. I think that will be a bit more of a fast paced watch! Thanks to the crew as always for having everyone's back!
