Daniel your surgery was very successful. I hope your surgeon also prescribed a round of radiation, to make sure there is no reoccurrence. My understanding is that some doctors don't take this step which is very important. I have been keloid free for 10 years now. I can't begin to tell you my journey before with them. Also, do you know that keloids can develop in areas that a lot of people are not aware of? I am that person that had them in unthinkable areas. Wishing you the best success with yours.

Some of these young boys just need a change of environment to reset their mindset and awareness in life. I pray people of African descent can find guardians for their children for a few years to change their outlook before going back if they must to detach from bad groups. (I have no idea what happened in this case, but most of the ones I know of, the handwriting was always on the wall, either parents ignored and believe they can physically fight or just believe the police will be there to protect). Please parents protect your children. Paying a few pound or dollars a month to a guardian in Africa to take your child out of danger is absolutely nothing. These children can learn a lot when they see in reality people who have almost nothing still striving to succeed. Life can’t be replaced.

I did not know breadfruit can be found in Ghana (4:43), is this readily available in most nurseries? This journey to self-sustainability is very inspiring, thanks for sharing.
