Definitely and as an event planner/ balloon artist they failed this event in the prep phase! An event of this scale should’ve been 50/70% prepped prior to arriving to the venue! Should’ve had large several uhaul trucks bringing the things to site! No painting should’ve waited to the venue … big failure on the prep stage which makes or breaks events

As an event manager, when he said T- 1hr:30 minutes, I damn near had a heart attack. 100k is ALOT to spend on a party. He should be in tears and blown away at how beautiful everything is. not disappointed that it's not done. it's not even done so he can criticize it. IT WAS NOT DONE AT ALL. And then for the event coordinator or whatever she is to have the audacity to respond with nonchalant blame throwing is wiiiiiillllld Idk how Brian didn't start throwing chairs tbh.

I heard nothing but excuses. I’m glad he showed the night before footage .. because they clearly got NOTHING done the next day. @@Mocha_Beautyy I feel like if a location is not fit for a clients vision it’s up to the event planner to make that clear during the planning stage. Like say “hey because of all the draping you want it can’t be in a windy location” or whatever the limits are. ESPECIALLY if you take their money. To me when you take payment you are saying you can do this the exact way we discussed it. Also it’s on the event planner to make sure they have a good reliable team and communication. Bc as a client if I give you x amount of bands the last thing I’m trying to hear is “ oh that’s not my job” “I don’t know” “this person left” etc like HUH you’re literally getting paid to delegate PLAN and organize. The event planner seems very talented but to me she bit off more than she could chew. Don’t accept a job if u can’t handle it.
