Vital parameters must be taken in each and every patient. These are a part of General Examination. These tell us the clinical status of the patient

Yess totally agreed but as you explained others like CBC will help us to rule out leukaemia like that ..... I was bit confused

Very helpful for quick revision. But if we could propose diagnostic algorithms at the end of lectures like this it will be more practical to remember in the clinic.
