That sitting area is stunning guys.

My parents purchased a house like this years ago. The entire 30 yrs family lived there it was never comfortable upstairs. The large family room downstairs, unhindered by stairs or kitchen was where I was happiest. We'd arranged furniture every possible way and added some nice artistic pieces... Still... I love the kitchen and upstairs living room that you girls did here! Fantastic!

These woman do such a good job. I do not understand the seller stating their dream house will be coming on the market? why didn't you make the house you were living in your dream house? Their taste sucks , so their dream house won't be dreamy.

Take out a fireplace???? Believe it or not, there are people who don't cook 18 hrs a day and don't need a kitchen that takes up an entire floor! Unreal.

I hate that these kinds of shows shame people for having personal taste. They lived here for nearly 18 years. Are we supposed to spend our entire lives thinking about resale value? No, just repaint before you sell ffs!

Heck, I may mosey on over to the old house and introduce myself and let them see this video. New owners painted exterior twice now, both color choices were/are the ugliest colors! That's our tree out front.
