Lyons Nebraska 1964 - Cleaning Oliver’s Store 

The first segment was taken in downtown Lyons. It looks like some silly thing related to pioneer days or equivalent. Oliver's store in Lyons is shown, c1964. Victor Johnson, Ray Gibbs, Arnold Johnson and others cleaned it out. The workers gathered at Jim Johnson’s place to eat watermelon and relax after their hard work cleaning out the store. Some stuff was taken to the dump and several people carted off treasures. Victor and Ray filled up Victor's one-ton flatbed truck and drove it to Boulder CO. Victor built extra sheds on his property to house the stuff he rescued from the store.
