@@honeywellhome Yes I know. I have the T6R all set up now but I needed help to do this and sadly your videos didn't aid me as they are out of date. Please update your videos to aid future users of your devices.

@@honeywellhome I have searched the play store and this app is nowhere to be seen. I can find Total Connect comfort intl - but this asks for detail I dont have access to. My T6R is disconnected from the controller and the sw we have does not work please advise who I can call to reset this

Hello Tareq, each thermostat needs to communicate to each own relay box, they cannot be all 5 connected to the same relay box. - Lucian

close the app, turn flight mode off and reconnect to your usual network and start again.
