The alpine station was finally wired up to the PLC control to allow train-crossings. A cross-ower was installed instad of two points, in the lower alpine line return-loop, in order to fully automate the last remaining section of the branchline. This added the capacity of 2 more trains to the automated branch-line shadow-station. In total, there can now be 6 trains waiting, and up to 3 tains running, on the whole branchline system.
