The new releases Trastevere and Valentine are their most “Italian” like songs but in English. Much more poetic lyrics, and passion. Trastevere is one of my favorite songs by them. Suggest a listen.
Thank you guys for getting back to reacting to Maneskin and happy new year!!!! 😊 Mark Chapman is one of my favs from the album Rush together with Gasoline, Don't wanna sleep, Il dono della vita and La fine. Maneskin came out on early November with a Deluxe version of the album including 5 new tracks (one of which Honey are u coming?.you already reacted too).. with this they've back to their own production together with their producer and manager Fabrizio Ferraguzzo and they sound so much better imho.... the songs are "The driver", the striking ballad "Valentine" acoustic "Trastevere", and fun upbeat "Off my face".... I know you're very busy but if you could react at least to Valentine I think it would be nice for us followers. Thanks!😊
Ps- Maneskin has participated to Dolly Parton latest projecr, her album Rockstar, a collection of rock classics reinterpretated by Dolly dueting with iconic artists... It’s all about a stalker taking things to a dangerous level. Damiano and Georgia had a stalker found out where they lived and kept sending them presents. In the end they moved house.
I love the sound but it would havr be nicer to have subtitles to understand what he was singing. It is very 70's Punk rock. Love his voice in general. I'm often a sucker for an old school rock sound. The subject matter tragically has played itself out with celebrities and every day people far to often.
@firefighterchick We have been following Maneskin's rise since they won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021. We will be sure to use the Lyric videos on the next reaction. Glad you enjoyed it and I also got the Punk vibe. They are a very cool band
@@BritPopsReact Just FYI, the official lyric videos for their Italian songs show lyrics in in Italian. (I'm not sure if there are translated captions, though.) There may be some unofficial ones with English subtitles.
They did a (gorgeous) cover of Oasis's Don't Look Back in Anger in Manchester some weeks ago for the end of the world tour and I thought about you two hahaha The speech before where Damiano said Oasis will say the cover is trash was especially hilarious.

This is one of my favourites from Rush! And one of the ones I've had to learn the lyrics for to be able to fully enjoy it. It's too quick for me to sing along, but it just hits harder when I understand every word. Damiano always paints images with the words.
And please react to Valentine and Trastevere like many have suggested! They're pretty much exactly what I've been hoping for from Måneskin, combining the Italian sound with meaningful English lyrics.
