Hey Christian, For eating, here are the best and my favourite restaurants both on the mountain and in the village: www.topsnowtravel.com/top-10-restaurants-in-meribel/ Also, this is what I highly recommend doing: First Tracks with breakfast (or skip it) once a week on Thursdays and Tickets cost €35. It comes with breakfast at the top of the mountain, but the highlight of this experience is not just the stunning views at sunrise at the summit of Saulire but you get to either have the very first runs on perfectly groomed pistes or if you’re lucky, fresh powder!!! Book lunch at Le Clos Bernard, located in the forest of Alitport (get there by skiing or horse sleigh ride (highly recommended) Book lunch at Le Rok restaurant - phone reservation only Book lunch at Maya Altitude Book lunch at La Fruitiere restaurant at La Folie Douce - phone reservation only Book a Scenic flight of the 3 Valleys Book Mission Black Forest Sledding Himalaya Night Sledging Snowmobilling Have fun 😉

We are considering Merible for our 1st ever ski trip over Christmasfor a week. What area would you recommend we stay in? We all will need ski lessons aswell
Hi Brenda, I wouldn’t consider for too long for Christmas 🎄 week at this stage as most of the accommodation in great location and standard is already booked up since we’re only 8-9 weeks away 😬 We received your quote form and have sent you a proposal for Méribel. It’s one of the last apartments we have available for Christmas 🎅 for Méribel. Let us know what you think? It has a fireplace 🔥 and sauna and is in the heart of Méribel center.
I always recommend getting a local guide when going off-piste. We work with Oxygene Ski School and ESF. On those powder days in the video, they’re mainly on the side of slopes
If travelling from Paris, catch the TGV 🚄 fast train to Moutiers train station. If flying, Geneva has the most accessible international flights. From Geneva airport, we only book private transfers as it’s the fastest and most convenient way to get to your accommodation in Méribel or any of the French ski resorts in the Alps.
