It was the culmination of a farwell tour which had started in July 2014 and travelled around the world taking in North and South America, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East. The band had signed a legally binding cessation of touring contract that prevented them touring as Mötley Crüe beyond the end of 2015 and so this concert truly was The End. Being Mötley Crüe, they did, of course, go out in style with a spectacular light show and stage set, pyrotechnics, Tommy Lee s incredible rollercoaster drum solo and a set list packed with Mötley Crüe classics. They may be gone but they'll never be forgotten.

Snyperbane lol it is metal. But he has a serious spinal disease called spondylitis and his height has also been decreased because of that. So that’s bit sad. Just like when Dio was performing with stomach cancer.

I just wouldn't say feeling bad or sad for him is the proper thing. He definitely doesn't feel bad for himself. If anything, I'm happy that he is living his life on his terms. No one lives forever, and it's better to live life your own way than to be afraid of the inevitable.

Heard this song a few weeks ago on the radio (in a store) and the closing guitar by Mars impressed me. The man can play, he seems like a musician and not just a rock star, and apparently he has endured a very painful disease all his life. Respect.

we'll call that artistic license by the movie studio. just to be clear, Vince has always sucked live. Even 30 years ago. Just search an old live video. RU-vid has a few. Same as now just fatter and a little more short of breath. Otherwise a lot of the same problems.

Exactly. Mick is a consummate professional when it comes to music. He has ankylosing spondylitis and his spine is frozen. He had hip replacement, and STILL rocks! Nikki almost died how many times? He got sober and stayed that way. Tommy had his issues, but got clean, finally. All three of these guys are playing the hell out of their music, and Vince can only sing the damn vowels in all the words! Vince still thinks he's a chick magnet. He's not. Maybe they should have brought the other lead singer back? lol

Wow, from the comments I expected this performance to be god awful. It wasn't, at all. Vince doesn't sound like the record, and he doesn't sound like he's in great shape, but the dude is older and still out there performing for the fans, he's still generally hitting most of the notes, just skipping words and a few higher notes here and there. News flash folks, singing is a lot harder than playing a guitar. It's a physical process. Singing is closer to running than it is to playing guitar or drums. The guys who are 60 and still sing well are very few and far between, and they are special cases. Don't hold everyone to that standard and just appreciate the show. It doesn't have to be perfect for you to find enjoyment in it.

At least that’s the reason why I pay my ticket, to see my favorite band working their asses off to give their audience a fucking memorable show. If what you wanna hear is a perfect auto tuned voice, u can stay home and play it on Spotify, period.

But this sort of bubblegum metal usually focus more on ”perfection” and show than the human element. The struggle and the sweat, you know. Rock on!
