like give the piano time to lift up the run time nicely as a start (15-ish mins of piano) then bring in the bass, let that meld nicely with the piano for a lil bit and then let acoustic rhythm guitar come in. THEN i'd say after 45ish seconds of that intro would be a good call to take the other instruments away besides the piano and then (technically) restart the song and let it play out until the near end where you have the songs outro go on for a bit longer with him humming and the piano and then after a good bit of that (youre call on it, id like to think if you have this channel then you could do it well) then let the piano take it out and slowly fade it away. i think that would be a beautiful extension of the song without ruining it's core :)
