A drab London gets its youthful spirit reinvigorated as everyone is turned into childhood memories and imagination, including K.I.T.T., Yogi Bear, the Mr. Men, the Little Misses and Muttley. Can either be seen as appropriately childlike or absolutely bizarre, it being French-produced and all, but it's undeniable that this could have been crazier - that policeman could have been turned into Yogi Bear by getting a brown nose from a legit, 80's-style Transformer, the blueberries could've turned everyone into Smurfs and Santa Claus could have emerged from the house and used a tennis racket made out of teddy bears and Muttley to send the wrecking ball off into the ocean, turning into a giant humpback whale. No, really, this was the initial plan.
