Chain Stitch is a basic embroidery stitch and has a number of variations. They are used to create curved and straight lines, and in repeated rows, as filling.
1. Chain Stitch is used for traight and curve lines; lettering; in rows or spiral as filling.
2. Whipped Chain Stitch gives a raised rope-like line.
3. Heavy Chain Stitch, alternative name - Braid Stitch, is used for straight and curved lines.
Mũi Móc Xích là một mũi thêu cơ bản và có nhiều biến thể khác nhau. Mũi Móc Xích và các biến thể của mũi thêu này được ứng dụng để thêu các đường thẳng hoặc cong, hoặc thêu lấp đầy bằng cách thực hiện nhiều đường thêu sát gần nhau.
1. Mũi Móc Xích dùng để thêu cac đường thẳng hoặc cong, thêu chữ, thêu lắp đầy bằng các đường thêu thẳng hoặc xoắn ốc.
2. Mũi Móc Xích luồn chỉ tạo hiệu ứng như hình dây thừng cho đường thêu sau khi hoàn thành.
3. Mũi Móc Xích Dày hay còn gọi là Mũi Thắt Bím dùng để thêu các đường thẳng hoặc cong.
