Kdyby ano, řešil by další rok nová včelstva a s tím spojené nemalé výdaje.
Can a higher honey price for beekeepers save the bees? How the beekeeper takes honey from the bees and the effect on the bees. Why is the price of honey linked to the possible weakening of bees and why can the amount of honey produced affect bee health? How might a higher price of honey affect the beekeeper's thinking when he withdraws honey and replaces it with sugar?
In the video, I try to explain all this, in case someone thought that the beekeeper would still take honey and just earn more, it's nonsense.. Beekeeping is about love for nature and bees, hard work and hard work and care, it is necessary and irreplaceable (it's pointless to argue about it, only a fool would do that), only a very small % of beekeepers would behave this way, and these would be eliminated by the market itself and the bees themselves over time. The market by the fact that their lower price would be "strange" and people would suspect that it is about money and the beekeeper probably spins the quantity, does not think about the bees and can afford to go lower with the price - which would be an example of "he wants a lot of honey". By having the beekeeper solve the problems that 80% of beekeepers are familiar with today, his bees would simply overcome the well-supplied and partly honey-living bees, the weak ones and those living on sugar in nature. So the beekeeper's interest would be for the bees to live... So even the small % of those who would take advantage of the situation would become smaller and smaller over time... Because his weaker bees simply wouldn't survive in nature, beekeepers know that very well and it will not cross the "border "just like that". If it did, it would solve the next calendar year of new bee colonies and the big expenses associated with it.
Food sources for bees are getting smaller, we can discuss why this is so, we can argue that it is not so somewhere, but that will not change anything on average.
Bees are dying more and in a big way, we can debate why this is so, we can claim that it is "just" the Varro Destructor mite, we can claim that it is not happening to us, but the truth is that it is happening, that they are already entire locations where it happens...
You have to start somewhere, money motivates everyone, for beekeepers it is, but the health and survival of the bees is also a big motivation, and having a financial motivation for the bees to survive can mean treating the bees better and having a better, more careful and responsible attitude.
As a beekeeper, it's an opinion, sometimes even two, I don't impose mine on anyone, but maybe it's something to think about..
