Not completely discounting that theory, just seems odd that they couldn't clone force users properly at this time, yet they have a room full of one of the most powerful force users ever already cloned, albeit with degraded M-Count. Like I said I'm coming around to it.
Yeah 100. It's her DNA that would allow for a full M-Count transfer because she, like Boba, are unaltered clones of Jango fett, meaning their pure. That's why Lama Su hunted her down in S1 because they needed her DNA to produce another batch of Clones because they were out of the source material. She and Boba were essentially cloned differently than the rest, so whatever process the Kaminoans used for them seems to be the secret Hemlock needs to be able to transfer Midichlorians to a cloned vessel. In my head the empire would dissect her up to figure out the secret and then they'd have their full on Palp clones with full M-Count. Clearly this doesn't work because by Mandoverse era the Remnant is still working on Project Necromancer, then by TROS, we see Palp is essentially handicapped in a decaying clone vessel and can't move on his own, so clearly the Empire never perfected the process, and we will probably have Nala Se to thank for that for tipping Omega off.
