M&H Classic 

Proud Israeli here! If only you could see how my eyes lit up when I saw the thumbnail haha! I had the pleasure of visiting the distillery, great place with very professional and dedicated staff! Most of the whiskey produced is still a bit young, but the Israeli climate does wonders to the aging process, pair that with a combination of a great assortment of casks from all over and you've got a winner! Enjoy :) P.S. Milk and Honey also makes a killer gin, recommended!

Which glass do you use? It looks like Glencairn but with a comfortable bottom to grip.

Its interesting stuff this. Expensive for what it is, certainly in cape Town. Its a bit hot and you can almost sense it comes from a hot country. It needs to settle down, let it sit in the glass for 30m or so. And its very sweet. But it is packed with flavor. Its also a Whisky that definately benefits from a block of ice.I am glad I bought it.

Yeah, here in Kentucky we get the best of all of the seasons. Hot and humid during the summer, freezing cold in the winter. The extremes, coupled with the abundance of limestone filtered water, are what make Kentucky bourbon so good. And, our local liquor stores got shipments of the M&H line of whiskys. I picked up the Classic, but I'm a bit apprehensive about trying it, as another review I just saw mentioned it had a strong Monkey Shoulder like malt funk to it. I tend to not like strong malt-forward notes.

Sounds good ...would be curious to try it at about the six year mark

There is a new whiskey for sale here in Los Angeles from Armenia whos famous for cognac, called Hye Land and is 12 years old, was wondering if you guys sold it/ could review it.

A kosher sherry cask whisky means that the sherry cask was from kosher wine. A interesting new whisky to try out would be the Highland single Malts, from Ben Eideann that have been matured in kosher wine casks from Israel.

they also got whiskey matured in pomegranate wine cask sounds interesting
