As you grow in life you start to look at all your relationships to see if they fit in your journey on the way to accomplish the goals you set for yourself. Friendship and loyalty changes as years pass by so all of you in the comments need to understand that before kicking Jay's back in especially after hearing Dame's words on the situation over the years where everything went left. Think about it, your close friend is ruining the business you both built... Are you going to keep that friend around when you're trying to grow and do other deals with other investors?
