I didn't have much to work with from the comment, so she gives you small power over time. - Duane was inspired by the poorly designed character of the same name, minus the OTKO aspect.
I wonder, if it is possible if you can do these. 1. Hello Neighbor! - A house will slam into the middle of the map. If the enemy touches the door, they go in (Counts for Player1 too) and they will run out with damage done to them and the Neighbor will come out and shake a fist at them, before closing the door and launching the house into space. (Shooting Stars Meme Could Appear But It's Up To You.) 2. Vsauce. - Michael will appear and the iconic "Hey, Vsauce! Michael Here." intro will play. If you hit Michael, he will blast a SPIT FACT at you and it deals little damage. Until you hit him 3 times and he blasts a fact at you that travels faster than light. (He can be defeated if you hit him 4 - 5 times) 3. Mangle. - Mangle appears and climbs on the ceiling. Mangle will drop down on the enemy if they stand still for 2 seconds. (30% - 50% chance of missing) I hope this ends up in a video I wanna be famous ;-;
Ideas :D Bendy: puts ink on the enemys lower half, making them slower and poisoned WHOAH crash: if you hit crash he will rappidly hit you by saying the rapid whoahs he says after the first 4 whoahs. Taco man: will say something bad about bubsy's game, giving bubsy a rage (a rage similar to alphys) Pepsi man: will run around the stage while his PEPSI MAAAAN theme plays Creeper: walks up to the enemy and exploads, there is a chance that the creeper will be charged Eyeholes Man (rick and morty): a box of eyeholes will apear, if hit it will heal the enemy a bit, but then the eyeholes man will jump onto the aponent and beat the crud out of them Slenderman: will grab the apponent and start slaming him into different walls, leaving the apponent with a short lasting poison effect Enderman: will place tnt in random places untill the enderman is hit. Wander: will ride silvia into the stage, silvia will attack the apponent, while wander heals you with a fruit basket. :D

I have an idea for Bubsy's helmet. The idea is, Bubsy could summon snoop dog. Snoop dog will roll a joint and smoke it, causing smoke to appear and stun opponents (the amount of health will effect the amount of time the stun effect will stay) take very little damage over time
Nern Guan (from Lisa the Painful Rpg) appears and starts talking about his wife (god rest her soul) and if he's hit he hit's him back with his Finger Beam
How about summoning Inspector Gadget, who either tosses brown bricks from Minecrap at the opponent, or shoots them with a laser while saying "Oh look, a free IPad!"
How about this: Bubsy will summon a buch of wisps from the Sonic Series. The wisps can use their abilities from the Sonic games. A cube wisp would fall from the sky a few times, a spike wisp would travel back and forth on the ground, a lazer wisp would fire across the screen a few times, then at the end the wisps will go away then a big bomb wisp will appear and explode.
I have an idea for one of his helpers: *The Blue Dudes:* Sonic and Mega Man will come in. Sonic jumps forward and uses his Insta-Shield, while Mega Man fires 4 shots. Sonic will then charge up a spindash while Mega Man will charge up a charge shot.
Summon a heavy with chicken Kiev hat, who fires out an egg at his enemy, with a tiny temporary bird companion to block attacks for bubsy (like an orbital from binding of Isaac)
Ok, here's one, Why not have Mario and Luigi appear to do a Bros. Attack. (Or, you could just be lazy and have them charge at the enemy with an invincibility star, that too =_=)
How about the super wahoo waluigi appears with his crazy face and takes half Heath no matter what to the opponent and stuns them for 10 seconds but bubsy is also stunned for 5 seconds.
