Salve maninho, tenho um Pockverb que é clone desse Joyo...

Depende do seu estilo, se você toca na igreja recomendo pegar o m-vave pela questão da regulagem não só do timbre mas também da modulação. O lance do Pockverb/Atmosphere é que são reverb+delay, porem é uma confusão na hora de sair do delay devido a chave seletora ser "piquininha".

There does not seem to be a fix. Just leave it on. Or use a splitter and a volume pedal so that you have a direct signal and the ability to control the level of the effect. This is a good way to use reverbs, especially shimmer in my opinion.

I use the effect loop on my board to turn it on/off without popping sound

Yes good reverb sound specially the cloud reverb.
