the man was fighting HAND TO HAND while serving as the stand-in IC after losing his entire command structure, and still had time to give K-9 a compliment for their hard work.
Can you imagine being the guy who survived the Cascadian onslaught on Oceania as an Oceanian while being told how Federation destroys a nation while she herself was the one who did more damage to his homeland than the whole Federation combined, I'd be mad too
I agree, but only because it’s very possible Vita’s bosses didn’t exactly come clean about giving Elizabeth, Faust, and Crimson 1 the green light to speed run through every war crime in the book in Oceania, especially when recruiting Oceanians to the fold. 👀
For that matter, Faust had *just* been boasting about how the Cascadians had been behind the Federation's greatest victories. She basically set up Vita's comeback for him without realizing it. EDIT: She said Cascadia should get credit for the Federation's victories. Vita pointed out that it was involved in its atrocities.
if there's one thing the Cascadians showed us for sure through Crimson 1 and Faust is that both Nationalist and Federalist Cascadians are just as insane patriotically
@@Lone_Wandering0 it’s somewhat based in latin apparently but it’s actually a fake language that was made for the game. The writer has since forgotten what it meant, though, apparently
I know! It's pissing me off that people are calling her that. I mean, if we're going off of opening dialogue in final fights alone, hers sounds much closer to "Those who survive a long time on the battlefield start to think they're invincible," than "The two years that we fought at the bottom of the sea... I will not allow our perseverance to be desecrated!"
No, it doesn't. She's way more insane and evil than he was. Captain Torres wanted to murder 1 million people out of murderous glee, not too dissimilar from how she wants to kill every single Federation citizen because she hates the Federation. Way more than 1 million. Perhaps BILLIONS. All out of hatred. And CIF supported her campaign by not only permitting her to invade Magadan, but sending Orion squadron to assist her attack on BSZ. Cascadia was far worse than the Federation was supposed to be. They all were evil and needed to be dealt with. It is my hope that Driver will put them in their place in the future.
you're right, since she was the one who started that Magadan invasion when Stardust, in the 1st mission in frontline-59, was trying to stop her. And besides, imagine a worldwide organization starting to dominate your country just so it can use your natural resources. It kinda reminds me one of the reasons why the lighthouse war happened in AC7
I found quite weird thing in timing. Cold War is 75th day of contract, Consequense of Power is 121th day - so it's about 46 days between. If Bottom of the barrel is straight up in hour after Cold War, Home Invasion is a week later, and Faust is 20 days after - so it's about 27 days. So, it took 19 days for Fed's cruise missiles to flight from Magadan to Prospero. In this case... they are EXTREMELY VERY slow lmao.
Not gonna lie, it sounds fun to think about, but I doubt that there's a missile or rocket that could have enough fuel to travel for 19 days lol. Also you see and hear the missile's authorization process during Faust (Mission 6) Maybe the missiles were launched before K-9 was deployed, and the real purpose of their mission is to eliminate anything (aerial targets) that could spot and destroy the cordium missiles. Those threats could have been the Cascadian fighters or even Faust's White Fleet
@@TITANxRaven_Gaming taking to account that they were not detected until they were at prospero air space there's a possibility that the Cruise missiles are stealthed
@@ninovalenzuela1019 i dont think so given Galaxy was able to see them shortly after Blaze was called out, so that implies they are incredibly quick, potentially non terminal hypersonic missiles. Given modern systems we can get a missile to Mach 30 without issue and the fact Magadan would likely have been the last wave of missiles to impact its likely they had multiple launch points from things like Submarines and other land based launch points. Its hard to hide something moving that fast
6:38 Unsubtitled line from Eye-Tee where she spots the cruise missile heading for Cascadia. Also, cut dialogue indicates that this mission originally would’ve ended with the second Calamity happening.
Sounds to me like someone overhearing him say "From the last War" and then immeadiatly realising that their fighting Blood-Less Pilots. Or at least one of them. And hes in HORROR. Sounds like. *"THEY LIIIIVE?!?!"*
20:25 Its unsubtitled. But i SWEAR i can hear in response to "That Pilot. Hes like from the last War." It sounds like someone SHRIEKING *"THEY LIVE!"* Who or What exactly is a "They" What *Exactly* are they afraid of? Feels like... and im a Call Of Duty Zombies Lore Fan... so i can read ALOT into NOTHING. But. I think Monarch and Driver in Canon really are some form of Bloodless Human. No im not memeing. Im being 100% serious. All of this talk about "Deals" and "Them". Its somthing you cannot go back from. Apparently its just as Unstoppable a Force or Process as Cordium-Cookoffs. Your Allys say as much. But for *Some Reason* they arnt allowed to ever mention what *Exactly* "The Deal" Legistlates. Apparently. ESPECIALLY to the "Player" or one of "They/Them" Someone knows *Way* more than their letting on.
That would also mean that the Peacekeepers lack blood as well, or if at the bare minimum Crimson 1 is similarly bloodless given the maneuvers he pulls off when flying
Even crimson 1 mentioned it during his last flight… *”that’s the deal you made, right?”* I mean what’s the story of this deal they’re talking about? Also what happened in Oceania and what “Holy” they referring to? What’s so special about it?
Evil 2B isekai'ing into Ace Combat be like Also, why do subtitles say "Kill them all!" while the voice line is "Let all burn!"? (not the first time the voices and the subtitles didn't match in PW tho, but still)

I always wondered, if Faust never invaded and destroyed the bulk of Cordium production in magadan, would the federation still be desperate enough to send cordium missiles to prospero? Im curious how differently things would have played out if frontline 59 never happened. It's easy to pin the blame of the second calamity solely on the federation, but i wonder how much of it was in response to the invasion of magadan.
Incredibly late but I would say yes, it’s not just their loss of Cascadia, losing there is a literal chink in the invincibility of the Federation and given how things go with literally every nation throwing planes and pilots at Cascadia. The Federation can’t afford to lose or it will be torn apart by ever nation and people they’ve spat in the eye of
17:47 *IT IS NOT* the _"Federation"_ that has saved them, but *CASCADIA!* I dunno why, but i love the emotion in this one line, and the way she mocks the federation.
I want a PW game about Oceania man, would wait patiently to see this "Holy" thing and what it actually is. About time PW have their "Zero" game 17:25 also is this the only nation in PW that uses its original name, we have Mongol -> Ulaanbatar, Russia -> Magadan, United States -> Cascadia [i guess?], Auatralia -> Oceania, etc. Yeah i never heard this Vietnam line
It would be fun to play as Frost tbh, get her backstory as she fought the Cascadians/Federation and then switched sides to defeat the Oceania mercs. There's potential there.
I have suggestion, make synchronize gameplay video (side by side comparation video) for each event between frontline 59 and main game timeline Like someone who make TeneT movie comparation between reversed timeline and normal timeline
The pathfinding of those airships in 8:17 looks janky that they clip _right through_ the mountains 🤣 holy shit. The Beta branch Conquest mode never had this as they have safe altitude threshold programmed in the game since 1.0.4D.
Hey man, can you check something for me? When playing this game on xbox there is a bug on conquest mode, at hiring den (where you buy your ally units/bots). What happens is: sometimes when you try to select units, by going up or down, and to the sides, the cursor won't move. It's almost like it gets instantly reset to where it was. Usualy happens when I try to select something on the battleship upgrades, while the middle column (for buying the battleships) being grey/locked. Its almost like the cursor understands that the 2nd column is a bridge to select the 3rd column. Anyway, if you can, please check if it was fixed.
