@KillMediaMusic I have it hooked up just as you describe. The cable is the same DIY instrument cable I use for the rest of my board. Consult the manual, but I think the step you might be missing is changing a parameter with heel down, then changing that setting with toe down. For instance, I put the heel down, set pitch to -24, put toe down, set pitch to +24.
I still have the setup, but I'm still getting settled after moving. I also need a SD card and reader for my video camera since it's not compatible with Win7. I will try to do a new video covering those and more once I'm able. I can tell you the vp jr works great for those as well. I often use it to control one knob at a time for an effect as I dial it in. For example if I'm setting up a new distortion, I'll use the vp jr to control the level so I can volume match or get just the right boost.
@BriInLA Just for clarification, I don't personally recommend trying to control a 4 octave sweep with your foot. The video was by request and I think it proves that it is very hard to do anything with this setting other than quick sweeps through the full range. I set one effect for 0 to +24 and another for 0 to -24.
@silkwingx56 Nothing done to the EB. Only thing I can think of is you need to reset the toe position to 100%, maybe you hit 100% before full toe down and that has it messed up.
nice! do you have any special settings on the EB volume pedal? i have the same pedal but when stepped all the way to the toe then its stops working on my m13. any help? thanks!
