The vertical bar acted as a wire cutter to prevent the decapitation of the driver and passengers if there was a wire strung across the road, some just simply didn't have them
I wanted to watch this, but I had to give it up. I can't stand photos that are moving all over the place - they're irritating as hell. Why can't people just show the slideshow and let the photos sit still?? It's like looking at an art school project.
