Can I fit my m31 mod3 with the arc rail adapter on a ops core sf?

Is it possible to mount the microphone on the other earcup, or is it fixed to the left one? I am a lefty, and it would be in the way when aiming if can't swap it to the other side, just to know.

Is there a way to further amplify the sound, I find them being quite quiet unless they are flush on my ears. When I play paintball and I wear a mesh mask with ear protection or my regular paintball mask the cups don’t touch my ears so it’s harder to hear my mates over coms. What I mean exactly is are there louder speakers that I could replace the current ones with?
