One of the reasons I can't bring myself to play this game. It feels like there is almost no progression at times, taking any motivation to play. Warthunders grind is just insane and managed to drive anyone i know off who tried to play it.

@@Im-getting-shadowbanned don't forget the 30mm of steel above the driver. the fact that none of the abrams that should have the DU armor inserts, actually have them. it says they do on the wiki, but gaijin admitted they're not modeled due to not having any way to know even rough armor thickness. oh and the fact that every abrams after the HC has the exact same armor values. this isn't due to the DU armor inserts, this is gaijin just giving them the HC's armor. according to gaijin, america never thought to upgrade the armor for every new abrams. they could just make up numbers like they did for half the russian tech tree (to name a couple examples: the 2S38 wasn't even done testing when it was added,, and still has not entered service, likely cause it's actually garbage IRL. the kronshtadt never even existed), but i guess making up numbers and making the abrams at least semi realistic would make america comparable, and that scares gaijin.
