Finally! Someone who showed what the MacBook Air m2 midnight color looks like with the transparent case. I also just bought the MacBook Air m2 (same color! also midnight!). I also bought a keyboard cover that cost me only 700 yen. I agree with you about the keyboard cover though. At first it felt weird when I type, but then I got used to it. After all, it's for the sake of keeping my keyboards clean. As for the case, at first I wasn't sure whether I should buy the case or not. But now that I saw your video, I now know that I won't get the case. Cause tbh, it seems weird with the case, especially the bottom part of the laptop. Once again, thank you for the video ^^
no problem! thank you for watching! for me personally with my old MacBook, I always had a case on it to protect it, so I definitely wanted to do the same for this MacBook. I chose the transparent one because I've always had colored cases in the past, but I didn't want to cover up the beautiful midnight color the laptop has lol
@@jeevdhanjal6504 To me, having a case not only makes my laptop slightly heavier, but even with the transparent case, the midnight color is still a bit covered you know. I personally prefer to show off the color of my laptop more. Cause even with the transparent keyboard cover I bought, it still covers the color of the keyboard slightly.
I have the same computer with 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD and 10 core GPU. My parents suggested that I get the 256GB M2 iPad Pro, but I refused since I already have the iPad Air 4. Hello from Canada.
Love it ❤️, Its so slim and light and also powerful ❤️. Nice to use it in travels and easy to carry anywhere.. I would prefer MB Air instead of MB pro as its lighter and powerful for my work needs. Will be purchasing this in few more months 😊
good video, enjoy your new device :) but i would not recommend using keyboard cover because once you close the lid it will create a pressure between case and display and it may crack and shatter your display (you can google it, many people suffered from this issue) hence apple suggests no material should be placed between the display and keyboard (keyboard covers, thick stickers, camera covers etc ) another thing is if there is no specific reason for you to use chrome i would use safari because it is much more efficient, lightweight and as capable as chrome also more compatible with macOS than chrome. chrome uses hardware and consumes more power.
Congrats! I have the same 2015 MacBook Pro 13” and I really hate using it it gets very hot in about 35~40 mins and lacks a lot of great features.. I have been looking into the Air M2 midnight it’s so beautiful🖤🖤🖤 hopefully I can buy it
do you regret getting midnight? I really like how it looks black but not really a fan of the blue. Is it more blue or back? if you went back would you get space grey instead?
Hi it’s been a year are you happy with the base model im gonna get exact mac 2 days later but some say get the 16gb ram version it will be better but its over my budget and im a daily user

@@monica.nguyen and another problem is that if the cover stays too long closed and rarely or never cleaned up it will leave marks of dust and dirt on the screen. common mistake but understandably cuz we all wanna keep everything neat and clean. nice video btw. my silver m2 just arrived yesterday.
Apple is strongly against using any types of cover either those plastic shells or keyboard ones. They exert pressure on the display which MacBook is not designer for. I recommend not using any of those. Anyway nice vid.
7:35 I see your usb ports are already chipped off, I was planning to buy this midnight color initially but worried about the paint getting off in the long run. I opted for the silver instead. Great video!
yeah, I was kinda bummed when I saw them too especially how they were there before I even used them! I understand your worries! I personally am still keeping my color because I had a silver MacBook for 7 years and wanted a change 😂
Yes, if you have a MacBook and create an iCloud account, you should be able to message/FaceTime other people who have Apple devices if you do not have an iPhone. Of course, look this up to confirm but that's what I believe
i mean dusty and stuff can still get inside the keys. i use a cover when i watch tv and eat. but closing it with the cover on it can mess up the screen i think
