They even did a dance midfield during halftime. January Fresh Fact: One of the first Hollywood films within the last 45 years to be released on the first Friday in January and obtain a fresh Rotten Tomatoes score. Traditionally, films released on the first Friday in January, especially horror films, had received generally negative reviews from critics. Bloodless Horror Fact: The film was originally shot as an R-rated movie until the producers noticed while editing that it was close enough to PG-13. They re-shot certain scenes to tone down the violence and believe that it became more effective than actually seeing the violence on screen. Jason Blum cited Drag Me To Hell (2009) as a good PG-13 horror film that was effective. The writer for the film said the original body count was much higher with the film being much gorier. Writer Akela Cooper had hoped that the unrated cut be released. Thankfully it did eventually released unrated on Paramount Plus when it came to streaming.

This movie was so creepy. It felt highly probable.
