I feel this place will take ages to develop, by develop I mean 10-12 years to become like Golf Course road or MG road. So if someone who is young, buys apartment here, his kids will enjoy the beauty and benefits of this area not him but if you are the one who lives in present then you may never buy anything here and prefer other parts of Gurgaon which are more developed or next upcoming areas like Golf Course Extension. I feel basic amenities like hospitals schools colleges will take good amount of time in this part of Gurgaon. Sorry for being pessimistic here Prakhar. I appreciate your time and efforts but Realty doesn't go with REALITY. 👍👌
Work has already started and they are confident in handing over the project before time. Why would question of penalty come in such a scenario sir, and basis the agreement if there are any deviation then buyers are also protected. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Isn't having a separate lift for each shop and separate toilet for each floor a gross waste of such an expensive space, which could turn up even costlier in the future. Considering a toilet of 4*4.5, 18 square feet which is two square yards, the cost of toilet alone would be 1.4Mn for 5 toilets. Of course it is after factoring in appreciation from 400k/sq yard to 700k/sq yard few years down the line.
These shops have private lifts and private toilet. This enables easy movement within their own confined retail area and easier accessibility to rest room. And since these are higher than 2 floors so lift is more convenient. Thank you.

Kisi bhi builders ke jo 1st projects hote hai unme unhe bahot sare learnings milte hai bhai. That project is almost sold out but as far as I know they are sti addressing the issues if any to built upon customer faith which is actually rare in developers.
@@DwarkaExpressway Refer 50:47 we know IGIA T3 very well but Mr. Tripathi used word 'because there is an international airport coming over here which is very nearby ' , that's why I questioned. Actually IGIA T3 will be about 15 kms by road from T3 Arrival to Sector 113 !!!. Mr. Tripathi also told that there is 24m Boulevard, it is again wrong because boulevard is usually a widened, multi-lane (normally 3+3 lanes) arterial street with a median and landscaping between the curbs and sidewalks on either side. In 24m wide ROW it will be a joke
