They have slowed down in last 6 months. Seems they will utilize the period until RERA timelines of Aug 2025 to complete the full project. While as a marketing gimmick They promised the possession by Aug 2023.😂.

Assurance if September for possession while booking not able to meet and Seems it may delay further , as the work is slow. More and more projects r being launched which need time and resources. .

They are asking all to pay 30% and bal on possession in6 months. According to them ,85-90% is completed. Pl share your experience

@@sanjeevgulati3071 as per RERA, a promoter cannot accept more than 10 of the cost of the property, as an advance payment or an application fee, without first entering into a registered agreement for sale. We have already given10% and we don't have a single document in hand. RERA has still not been approved for our units. Despite giving the amount, technically we still do not own the property we are paying for. As a buyer we have no evidence. I am thinking of some regal resort cause the more money we give, the deeper we put ourselves in this mess. Do you have any such thing in mind?

What are you doing to remove the public land and gau shala in the middle of our ultra luxury society ?

How can a builder shift anything on land he doesn't own. The HT LINES, THE VILLAGE POND, THE REVENUE ROAD, THE GAUSHALA, THE TEMPLE will all remain there. People should have gone through the TCP and RERA website for the master layout, the frozen units, the STP everything. All was available on these websites after rera received.

@@Amit-li2giThe pond would be renovated. And it's good to have a gaushala and a temple inside the society . What's wrong with that ?

@ghostApple94 I only replied to someone's comment regarding Gaushala removal. I never had any issue with Gaushala. Infact it's good to have a Gaushala nearby. Also, the Gaushala is not inside the society, rather adjacent to it..It's for them who keep asking when it will be removed, they expect it to be removed as they may have issues....Those have issues shouldn't invested in the project...
