Context: While traveling along the border of the Uncharted, you come across a researcher that's been stranded for a while. Will you help him, or will you give in to your temptations of piracy?
Whew, another long edit and a long video for me. It didn't really dawn on me how big this project was going to be until I finished recording the first character and saw the timestamp. I started this project before I recorded the Janitor audio and have been chipping away at it when I had time.
I decided to play the main character pretty close to my natural voice. I mainly imagined that he'd be just tired of everything by this point, so it came out a little more relaxed than I was anticipating. The AI was a fun little detour from my norm so far. I only pitch shifted it up 1.5 semitones, so its still kinda close to the original pitch when I recorded.
Let me know what you think! I had fun recording this and I enjoy the change in scenery. I always have a soft spot for Sci-Fi worlds, so there may be more like this to come!
