This channel is one of the good ones. As far as asmr channels and va's go, there are a lot out there that have the intent to do more harm to their listeners than good. Especially because the majority of listener's are vulnerable and in need of comfort and the VA's have preyed on that and taken advantage. I have not seen any evidence of that with this channel and you seem to genuinely want to produce what your listeners want to hear. The role play is gentle towards the audience which is what I like. Even the yandere ones which I'm not typically a fan of but find I'm somewhat tolerant to listening to yours. The message you leave at the end of your videos always seems genuine. It feels like a gentle reminder to come back to reality as well which I feel is very important with this type of work. This channel honestly feels the most professional that I've come across in this genre. You don't seem out to take advantage of others. Unfortunately with the bad ones out there, it's likely reflecting on the good ones. I really feel that may be the reason some are complaining about your work because I've listened to quite a few of your audios now and I have not felt anything that has set me on edge like I have from other channels. I actually like to listen to these while I work, it's making me feel relaxed which is a first. At the end of the day, today's internet doesn't come without its fair share of negativity. There is no light without darkness as they say. But it can get to you, especially when you least expect it. Turning off comments isn't a bad thing to do. But don't take to heart the bad things people say and focus on the good comments, because you have a large audience of support out there from what I have seen. Don't let it put you off what you do.
Don't listen to what people like that say about your work. I get that asmr is not for everyone but if someone doesn't like something they don't have to watch or listen to it because this is your channel you can do what you want with it because the content you create is actually helpful and enjoyable for alot of people me included. Do what you need to do to make yourself feel comfortable and don't rake whatever people like that seriously because that's how you let them win. I haven't followed you for so long, but regarding the latest, I wanted to leave you a little message My device doesn't let me see the community tab, so I didn't know what happened, I just wanted to tell you not to be affected by bad comments, I know it's easy to say but not so easy to do it, but instead of giving importance to the bad comments you should give it to the good comments, think that just as there are people who don't like your content, there are also people who enjoy it, and that helps you feel better
Your videos are great. you have good story lines, and your voice is pretty much perfect for what you do. I've made videos in the past and I know how bad comments can be. Some people just have nothing better to do then to shit on others, and that can be very taxing on your mental health. So if you feel like turning comments off then do it. also know that taking a break from posting can be a very helpful thing every once in awhile. Just try to prioritize yourself, and do what you feel you need to. I'm sure the people who like your content will understand.

I can't imagine how disheartening it is to read things like that :( But I imagine it's from people who don't understand ASMR roleplays, so their opinions are going to be biased no matter what.
