Also I can't imagine Allan knowing about Steamheart's original mission and NOT telling Robert, but man, the idea of Allan just side-eyeing that bag of worms and deciding 'yeah that's none of my business' brings me so much amusement
Can we talk about how steamheart was made a government agent at 16?! When did the Citadel start training her? Did they just pick her up off the street as a kid or something and her brainwash her into thinking she owed them her life? Cause that’s definitely the vibe it’s giving off.
Going off how corrupt it seems to be (although we are playing as people on the run so it seems more corrupt than it probably is for your average citizen, or atleast more obvious) I’d go so far to say maybe they took whole groups of children and raised them almost as siblings just to brainwash them with abuse and fear to abide by the rules set
I was thinking mabye her parents worked for the citadel and they had her trained because of their job at a young age, hense why she was a government agent at 16
My backstory for my OC says that they were rather poor and similarly to the military in real life, the citadel offers scholarships and financial stability to those they employ This lured her in and then they basically brainwashed them
Also in the qna he said that his first thought when he first saw steamheart was “why are you staring at me” which was foreshadowing to steamheart being assigned to seduce Robert when she was apart of the citadel
I'm glad they went through the betrayal, freak out, and make up very quickly. I wouldn't be able to take it if you separated this into parts. Steamheart and Robert are made for one another and it doesn't matter what she was in the past, she is a awesome and supportive wife that this man needs. Also, just because the Citadel tried to use love for themselves doesn't mean that they understand love, the jerks. I can't wait to see that empire fall. I also hope that afterwards the lovebirds find some semblance of peace.
HOLY CRAP THIS WAS ALOT Past Robert really pulled the uno reverse card on steamheart instead of them seducing him for someone else's gain he seduces them into a beautiful life together ❤️ and that breakdown scene and everything leading up to it made my heart hurt that performance was so convincing you have an incredible talent I can't wait for more to come Hope your holiday season has been a good one so far.
Following a heartfelt moment after a deep and beautifully executed breakdown from a betrayal with a “gee wizz, what a ride!” is fowl and made me choke on air
Spoilers: I think it's so funny that we were so bad at our job, that rather than us seducing him, he seduced us (into freely living and loving life). Love that. Also that part of Robert's breakdown just hurt, ouch. Great performance! And Robert reassuring us that we're not only his wife but best friend, nearly made me cry, in a good way. Damnit, Robert, I'm so attached to you. Really love the story, excited to see how it continues.
I honestly said "You traumatized my husband with the truth and I just got his trust back, the revolution can wait a few. So, screw off we're having a moment here.
SPOILER ALERT!!! I was scared he'd stop loving us when he found out we used to be an agent... Even after everything... And that he'd blame us for Alan because he was always honest with him and we lied to him. 😢
Holy shit, THE PLOT TWIST! Gods, this makes me love Robert even more. His heart is just so full of love ❤ And his capacity to forgive us. As Steam Heart, we do not deserve him 😭
can we just take a moment that.... I WOULD LITTERALY DIE FOR THIS MAN AGAIN AND AGAIN T^T. HIS VOICE SOUND SO HURT AND BROKEN THAT I JUST WANNA BUY AND GIVE EVERYTHING FOR HIM!!
I just hope I am completely wrong and that Robert didn't do anything bad or anything was his fault. Edit: So good news. I was wrong! Robert did nothing wrong! Bad news: we did 😔😢...
Bro this was such a rollercoaster. My heart was RACING, like I knew there was gonna be a plot twist but DAMN the acting hit me in the goddamn feels. Honestly this was too sweet but if I was Robert, I'd permanently have trust issues 😭 Fuck the Citadel
HOLY SH I did not expect that polt twist!! Holy oh my... I'm still trying to process this episode is so adorable in the end when they made up but jeez the acting and crying is so..real
“Geez whiz what a ride” is an understatement, unless that ride is an emotional roller coaster in which case it’s THE perfect statement. This was such a fantastic episode of the Steamheart series and I cannot wait to see how Robert and his steamheart take down the Citadel once and for all!
Since the moment we tried to prevent Robert from reading the papers I almost predicted what we did, omg I loved this ep, I almost cried and can’t wait for the next part!!
This was just amazing. I was crying through the whole thing (with headphones on) and my brother just looked at me all weird (he knows about you so he was wondering what was going on. I think Robert might be his favorite too) To be honest I was hoping for this to go into a two part, cliff hanger, angsty, road. My overactive imagination kept going: Imagine if Robert just stayed mad out of confusion. They’re hideout gets found, and Steamheart gives herself up, leading to another break in, rescue mission and some more tragedy strikes 😅😅😅 That would’ve probably been a longer series. So understandable. But this was amazing never the less!! I can’t wait to see how this all goes!! ☺️☺️☺️
*exhales* I JUST FINISHED A SERIES WITH A VERY SAD ENDING LIKE PLEASE ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW ?????? *listens to the audio anyway because i can’t leave it sitting there like that*
You know, with Steamhearts backstory, it actually makes sense that she wouldn’t want to kill members of the Citadel, she was one herself, and she knows that they’re people like her, Many of whom were probably also suckered into this at a young age
Great video! Great plot twist! What a great way to get background for both Steamheart, Robert and the setting! New videos are hopefully in the works because I absolutely love this story! 🧪⚗️💕
Wait so that means the conversation with that detective guy on the train that happened before she died😮 and the first video was him bringing her back to life a few months after that incident 😮
AHHHHHHH I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT SO SO SO SO SO MUCH AHHHHHHH IF I COULD SCREAM I WOULD!! I love this channel so much 🫶🏾🫶🏾your my favorite VA EVER 😭 YOUR THE LIGHT THAT BRIGHTENS MY PHONE THE ONLY NOTIFICATION I LOOK FORWARD TOO I admire your work so much every second in every video is a work of art 🥹💜💜
He is so Peter Pan coded 😭😭😭 honestly makes me feel bad for him for ever having to deal with the ugly world 😭 Once again, you did a great job making this audio, and it truly shows ❤❤ such high quality and great emotions being shown in this video ❤ I really almost cried there and even felt it coming when our boy started reading the document 😂 Sick gray work you did, and you are greatly appreciated ❤ thank you so much for your hard work ❤
This was INCREDIBLE!!! This poor man has been through so much. I really hope we get to kick citadel ass and then live happily ever after with our quirky science husband. Bravo Ellis 👏
Ellis, wow! I just finished the live and it was so good! The writing is phenomenal, and the plot twist?! Sorry to toot my own horn a bit, but I think I was one of, if not the first person in the live to put the pieces together about what Steamheart was! You did a great job, and thank you for this video, and story!
You’re such a great actor!!! Really. There’s only a few voice actors that can cry and really break my heart. You, Egg, Dade.. that’s about it. I don’t think I’ve ever heard Easton & Emmory cry like this but I love them for their style. My heart breaks
I'm once again blown away by how intricate this story is. The reveal surprised me, but it also made perfect sense after the fact, and I love twists like that. Please keep going!
