Yup, happened to me last year. I dyed my hair and then relaxed it a few days later and my hair fell out just like that. The only thing you can do at this point is to cut it all off and start over.

You definitely need to let your scalp heal. You need to nutrition your hair with some vitamin oils in your hair and in your body put some more vitamins cause you definitely need it. Overprocessed. Hair is like Pasta it swells with chemical reaction, then it relaxes @ the appropriate time( relaxer have a built in timer) if not removed the hair becomes mush due to overprocessing. I can also see that in the rinsing application you didn’t keep the hair in a straight pattern( neutralizing causes stability in which it is applied to the chemically processed hair) YOU MUST KEEP THE HAIR STRAIGHT IN ONE DIRECTION AND ALLOW THE NEUTRALIZER TO SIT FOR 5 minutes before rinsing. Good luck. You need a lot of healthy hair habits moving forward. I recommend very little manipulation meaning: combing, brushing, hand manipulation, excessive styling. KEEP IT SIMPLE.

Put it in a protective hairstyle like braids for a few months. Keep getting it braided for about a year or two... keep it moist. And stay out of it for a while

Your hair is over processed and still extremely fragile. Please let it rest for maybe a couple years. Also, please start going to a professional that specializes in natural textures.

Girl don't use any chemicals in your hair for awhile it's better for u I remember I used to swim and my hair got so damaged and rough hard, not I never swing I had to in primary my hair has grown further than my knees and it soft and silky, leve out the chemicals for now and don't dye you hair until its strong and healthy
Put a hair mask, don’t put no more chemicals in your hair, not even a perm, even a protective style would be good.. some double strand twists maybe? And just moisturize the style.

My hair type is between 1B to 2A. Make to sure take Iron and Vitamin D3. I eat raw brocoli and don't use unnecessary products. I'm still recovering almost 2 years post heat damage. Got a bob haircut this past Saturday to get rid of damages ends.
