The husband will file for divorce and then will face 498A, DV, CRPC 125 etc. Will end up paying the wife interim. He will have to leave the house or get her to leave the house, otherwise his wife can file multiple 498As. So the wife will demand alternate accommodation. By both means he is financing wife's infidelity. And then the court would ask him to prove his wife's infidelity for getting divorce. So he won't get divorce easily. Even if he proves infidelity then the court will say occasional adultery is no ground for denying maintenance to wife. Kudos to our so called justice system. I think these people should show the whole story. There is one more angle, wife can be with multiple partners and then put rape on promise of marriage cases on them and extort from them too. The justice system would be very vigilant to give justice to this woman by treating each case on its merit. Justice is joke in India. 😂
