Raaz( 1 )is mostly Harrison Ford's and Michelle Pfeiffer 's 'what lies beneath ' starring Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea(interesting enough).Darna Mana Hai(Fear or being afraid is not allowed)is a really great set of horror short stories.Definitely worth a watch.Mahesh Bhatt Sir is Alia 's father,Mukesh Bhatt his brother,Vikram Bhatt (her cousin Or uncle I forget which),Emraan Hashmi (her cousin) is a pretty decent actor who grew better with each film ,was known mostly for 'kissing scenes'prevalent in The movies that he was in or the Bhatts made(or directed).Most of these movies are watchable some better than others (some original some you have a sneaky suspicion were inspired or borrowed from Hollywood).Do try to watch 'the Dirty Picture' starring Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan 🙏☺️😍

1920 is my favourite they balance the horror themes and gothic tones really well with the love story of the protagonists so feels put together well. Raaz series is also a must watch and staple for this genre you’ll enjoy the cast and music too!!

Do watch Bhoot. It's slightly underrated but almost at par with a Hollywood horror movie. It doesn't have any songs and is pure creepiness. Mamta Kulkarni's acting is phenomenal. It was a time when Ram Gopal Verma was at his best, before his sad downfall.
It's one of my favourite song p.s. Maahi means my beloved. If you're into horror genre you can watch it (Raaz series). But you should keep logics aside. Because, it's Indian horror in late 2000's and early 2010's. This movie atleast have some good story telling, And a surprising climax. I haven't watched Raaz yet. Raaz 2 is good, Raaz 3 is okayish, avoid Raaz reboot at all cost. If you want a horror movie with a good story you should watch "Andhaghaaram" it have a great story and horror elements are also good.
