@@yournitin tum bhai grameen chetra mein nahi gaye ho. Gaao mein bhi kaafi intercaste marriage ho rahe , bhaag ke.baad mein parents maan lete hai. Urbanisation seherikaran kaafi teji se ho raha hai. Agle 15-20 saal mein caste system bahut kam ho jayega.

Tamilians are generally quite industrious and likeable people. They are proud of their language and literature. Among the south Indian languages Tamil is one language more easy to learn than say Malayalam. This movie very well captures the rustic mindset of the interior villages in Tamil Nadu. My friend Suresh used to tell me when you discriminate on the basis of caste see how the other feels before doing so. Role models like Sundar Pichai should take up such cause without ofcouse hurting the Tamil sentiment.

When you go to the interior villages such practices are still prevelant. Apart from caste system there is also the curse of dowry system. Young girls and parents spend years collecting gold for marriage and if a family has three to four girls it becomes a big problem. Such things should change.
