The word that the doctor wrote on the paper is "muttal" which means 'fool' in Tamil. The 'voice' heard by the construction worker at the end is referring to alcohol, and how getting drunk makes him feel like that.

This is the most funniest movie I have ever watched. I was watching at midnight and it was hard controlling the laugh. 😂 The guy just said, he doesn't mean. He is talking about the addiction of alcohol but the next scene will turn him hell and make the movie funny.

17:17 In the terrace scene, Yogi Babu is talking about booze. A quarter refers to booze. It is the 180ml bottle. So in any tamil movie you hear the words "Sarakku" or "quarter" they are talking about alcohol

This was an interesting and surprisingly funny movie (silly too, in places). I'm glad you guys are reviewing it. Also, in the Tamizh lingo (in Tamilnadu) "quarter", "half", and "full" refer to various quantities of alcoholic beverages... they are used to describe the bottle sizes typically available in shops.

The initial part where yogi babu does not get picked for work tries to depict that tamilian labourers are less preferred compared to biharis who come from northern states as they demand less pay and are willing to work longer hrs.
