During RU-vid Live on Cast Iron Wednesday, we made a mac and cheese cake. The cake was still baking when the video ended. As promised, here is the result! I always have a problem with cake glazes, and in this case the cheese glaze seemed a little thicker than I wanted. But I doubt anyone would complain about covering this mac and cheese cake with melted cheese.
