Are these shades matte? Or how would you describe the feel of them on the lips? Thanks.

Have you tried the powder matte lipsticks from MAC? These are the mini versions of those. These are all matte but don't have the same staying power as other matte lipsticks. However what they lack in longevity, they more than make up for in the finish. This formula feels very light almost powdery on the lips and you will forget that you are wearing anything. Also because of the soft focus blurring effect, they don't look like lipsticks but more like to our own natural lip color. 10/10 on a natural finish unless you go for a very bright color like red, bright orange or purple.
