try restarting the router make sure dhcp is enabled on router does your router show 'connected' status? (shows wether the router is able to connect to the internet) make sure the this settings: wifi -> edit -> advanced -> TCP/IP (2nd tab) -> Using DHCP (first dropdown) in the same setting as above, also try clicking "Renew DHCP Lease"

Google might help you better on this.

you can check your router page for DHCP settings and then set the IP on your device or try calling your internet service provider or the router company.

pls chk your router page and go into wifi DHCP settings. there you will find a range of IP address. choose a ip between that range and enter it into your device ip settings. let me know.

try forgetting the hotspot network on your mac and reconnect by entering the password.

try restarting your mac and router. are you using wifi dongle?

@@RishabKapadia I had the issue with the pop-up window not coming for login . I then copied the link of that page and used that link to login to the network anytime I wanted

doesn't normally happen that way. It may be due to various other devices or Background updates taking up the bandwidth or bandwidth control being setup on your router.

all devices must have a unique IP address. also check your router page to see if any other device has same IP

I can turn it on and blue tooth won’t turn on either

seems very odd. try restart or upgrade macOS

what's your macOS version? just try to edit the settings. if you can't, then you need to unlock it somehow.

check the router page to see if any device is already using your ip. (they might have manually configured that ip)

@@RishabKapadia yeah, I absolutely fix it, the problem comes from the operating system. after a update my OS, the problem has been solved.

not sure what this is about. try other ports or try a restart

just taking a wild guess here: make sure data on your mobile is working turn off the wifi on mobile try changing your hotspot name and reconnect by entering the password again on the mac update to latest incremental update in the current OS version or even the major update restart your mac forget the connection from your mac and reconnect make sure your mac is not in the blocked list under mobile hotspot settings

try clicking the eye icon to show the password on mobile and verify the password that you are entering on the mac. that's the only thing I can think of for this issue.
