BeautywithEmilyFox anyway I noticed that the right side of your lip gets lil bit pinker than the left side, does it mean that the drugstore lipstick did stain your lip?? means it leaves more chemical coz you cant really wipe that off completely?
I didn't put them in the video in the same order that I swatched them. But some lipsticks did stain more that others. No sure if that means there's chemicals though! :)
oh I see, but all of the drugstore are in your right side right? Im sure all of them has chemicals, but I meant if you can easily wipe that off at the end of the day means you clean the chemical from your lip, but if it stained means there are some chemical left on your lip. And is it only me or is it true that the drugstore side did leave stain more to your lip?
Mac lipsticks tend to stain a lot too apparently it just takes a bit longer. Like I said I'm not an expert about chemicals but yes drugstore lipsticks were on the right side :)
You were very meticulous and honest in finding dupes. It must be very harsh on lips to swatch so many lipsticks, my lips get irritated just with 2or 3 swatches. So, thank you for the video!

Great video, just as usually. It was really helpful. I wasn't a kind of "lipstick person", but since I saw your previous videos, I'm obsessed with the wet n wild lipsticks.
I'd say it's also similar to L'oreal's Paris Cherry but I'd have to make the same 50-50 test to confirm (I don't have a Mac, I only tried it in a shop).

I enjoy your videos so very much, especially since I am so lippie crazy. Some people swatch top-bottom rather than half left-right like you did, when they don't realise that bottom and top lip tend to be slightly different in pigmentation. You do it so well. I dubb thee... "My Lipstick Librarian" (MLL:). No other you tuber I have seen has this very UBP (unique branding proposition) heheheheh :) .Thank you Em, MLL!! lol
Really fantastic video! I have some of the drugstore dupe shades so it's nice not feeling like I need their MAC counterparts anymore! It reminded me of some great drugstore shades too like the WnW Stoplight Red!

Thank you for doing this. Finally someone is doing comparison side by side. I think it's more effective than doing comparison between upper and bottom lip since most people have their upper lip darker than the bottom one. Anyway it would have been better if you had started it with lighter color to the darker shades since the darker ones leave stain. However, helpful video! :)
Can you do a holiday get ready with me video? Or a holiday makeup look? Like what you'd wear for thanksgiving dinner? I know it's early, but even for Christmas? I think that'd be a great video :)

Such a helpful video! I love Russian Red enough that I can justify owning it AND the revlon balm (both are some of my most used lipsticks). I also own Sugar Plum Fairy and have been talking myself out of getting Rebel, and seeing them on your lips, I definitely don't need it.
NYX Stockholm is an exact dupe for Mac Kinda Sexy! The formulas are different, given that the NYX one has to dry down but both are matte formulas and both are not drying at all.
