Amazing game for Mac as he flirted with a 20 point triple double. He tied for the team lead in scoring, lead the team in assists with 9 and just 1 turnover and was 2nd on the team in rebounding. The crazy thing is that he missed a bunch of shots he normally makes, had he made a few of those and played a couple more minutes this could've been a 30 point triple double. Oh, and he lead the team with a +29
As well as he played, the the thing I liked best was that not only did he not look like a negative on the floor defensively, he actually looked like a net positive. Everyone knows he can score at the next level, but it's his perceived lack of defense keeping him out of the league. Overall, great way to end an amazing season... dunk champ, G League champ, and player of the game in the final regular season game for the 76ers. Hopefully his body of work these last 2 seasons can get him a full NBA contract next season.
