Nba Craziest Dumbest Trash Moments From Players! From Westbrook to Pat Bev and even Lebron... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-n9dH4QCFdio.html
Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future.
That's it! Been a looooong time since I seen someone have some set up, well practiced, and put together dunks. He cared and it made an impact for him,.
Been following this kid for many years - ever since his very first dunk videos were on YT. Glad to see him shine. I'm not sure he's got the overall talent to be a long-term player in the NBA, but I sure hope so. He's worked unbelievably hard, and you'll never find him on the news for all the wrong reasons. Sometimes nice guys do finish first.
It's been several years since there was this much excitement or the dunk contest. This kid has an incredible amount of talent, I hope he makes it in the league
Sooooo happy for him. I wish the warriors gave this kid a chance and didn't cut him to start the season. This dude 100% deserves a spot on ANY team in the NBA. Congrats Matt! Great job not giving up and following your dreams 👍
every once in a while, a person like Mac McClung overcomes and delivers in the midst of doubters, naysayers, etc. and they end up becoming his cheerleaders and fans. After a few original spectacular dunks from an unlikely short G leager he breaks all stereo types and gained himself some legite street cred. A star is born :)
Who gives a shit if he is G league, NBA on a 2week,2day contract, or just some dude who plays basketball anywhere. This guy showed great athletic skill, especially for a guy his size. Maybe it doesn't necessarily translate to him being dominant in the NBA, but you can't say he doesn't deserve a chance. He proved he can shine on a stage and make it count. Just enjoy this for what it is, and let the guy have his moment. Whether the haters like it or not, this is locked into NBA history, even if it's not regular season/rooster stats. This guy has this memory for the rest of his life. Just be happy for the guy because regardless of where he plays basketball, the guy backed it up.
MAC MCLUNG been ballin since high school. He was with the Lakers this summer (Summer League MVP), signed with the Warriors temporarily, and he doesn't have a contract. He can do it all, defend, score, break down the Defense, athletic and he shoots threes. This is the type of player I want to see in the NBA
Me too. NBA needs to wise up. There are a lot of skilled players that get overlooked because they don't have size. Big mistake. I'm pretty disinterested in the NBA these days. I saw McClung was on the dunk roster and I tuned in live.
Yeah the post spin made it look even more better. I guess it wasn't intended but it happened naturally because he's short and he had to put more energy in it
Being able to do ridiculous dunks doesn't really translate into NBA minutes but this will definitely give him some extra looks by teams if Philadelphia sends him back down.
@@JeffSmith-eq3kc I mean his stats in the G-league are really good as well, he rarely dunks in games atm. He was rookie of the year last year in the league, not something you get by just being good at dunking.
All my Gen X might remember this, this kid truly reminded me of the NBA Jam game where you can do 360s from the free throw line 🤯🔥🔥 never thought I’d see something similar in person 💯 Amazing job and now I wanna see his next SD contest immediately 🤣🤣
What impresses me the most is that typically, shorter guys can't extend their arms when doing other dunks other than a straight up dunk, the slow motion really shows his extension. Where are the green suits?! I'm proud of this guy!
Crazy to think been watching this kid progress from high school to college to the NBA through highlight videos and see him smash the dunk Contest at his first attempt, 🤯 The amount of times you see these “next NBA player” or “High School Star” videos and never hear of them again. Mac gone and proved all his haters and doubters wrong, 👏👏👏👏👏
Best dunk comp since the 80s. This kid really did save not only the dunk comp, but the All Star game. Best of luck, Mac. You better be in the NBA next year and in every dunk contest moving forward
@@C-mac_in_the_6ix they are always in the comment section just writing whatever. Even though it’s subjective I know he wasn’t watching the dunk contest in the 80s that’s CAP.
He's shooting 58% from the field and 54% from the Three ... In the G-League ! He deserves to be on a team ... Contributing ... He will play a Significant Role in a Championship 🏆 with the Right Team ... McClung is on a Mission ... To WIN Championships 🏆🏆🏆
ya somehow over the years reggies goofy ass and kenny and chuck started hating so much, it was kind of funny at first now its just like they are pessimistic. Mac is 6'2 hes a whole different player than dominique . They go out there looking to make the dunk contest seem trash i dont get it
6'2" jumping higher than his height just deserved a perfect score. Crazy for Warriors to let go a player like this. Hope he does well in his NBA career.
Also the thing with Mac brought back to the dunk contest is the little details. The kicks in the air, making sure he's got a lot of veolicty on his spins. He added the little things to his dunks that make them look so much better than if someone else did the same dunk.
His 360 dunk had a lean back to it. I agree, his dunks had all the little details that make them better. Hope he gets a long term contract, if he can at least be a decent bench player he's more than worth it for any NBA team.
All these dunks were first attempts. Last year dunkers were taking more than 3 attempts and not spot on. Cheers to Mac for a stunningly unexpected performance!
For those wondering, is that really a 720? I think it was because his starting and ending position was the same with 2 turns. That's beyond impressive!
When Mac was a freshman at G Town, I bought the shirt. I knew he was Great. Bar injury, this kid has brought excitement back to BASKETBALL, H.S., college, NBA!! WHEREVER Mac goes, MAC MCCLUNG IS WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION!!!!!!!!
Congratulations to Matt . He's been toiling away in summer leagues and G league being brought to the NBA and not really given a chance to play. And the whole time he could have been overseas making millions. He has stayed humble , worked hard and I've never heard him say anything but he's grateful for the chance and hopes to play in the NBA. I've seen nothing but class from the kid , and hope the sixers give him some playing time and he proves worthy.
That was impressive. I can't imagine what kind of pressure you must experience in a situation like this, where everyone is hyper focused on a single player. Especially when you're basically unknown to everyone in the audience.
He was unknown to the audience but when it comes to dunk contests, they are very familiar for Mac. He's been known for putting up big dunks since high school. 👍
Even if one is not that impressed, still got to give the kid his props…he’s been working hard as hell throughout high school and college. Hope his team helps him improve other parts of his game so he can get some real playtime for real highlights and a better contract!
Lawd have mercy I have not even bothered to look at this competition in years… BUT this was wonderful…he has studied and found himself worthy to carry the torch 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🙌
What a coincidence that Philly signed him 2 days before the dunk contest. Hopefully they keep him and not use him for marketing purposes temporarily. I don’t know why he was even sent to G League, He was always good and always had a huge fan base since high school. In todays social media world, I’m surprised not a lot of people in the NBA knew about him.
I agree 💯. He shouldn't be in the G-League..He should be in the NBA. I read he went undrafted in the 2021 NBA draft. He's better than some of the guys who have been made it to the NBA. I hope Philadelphia utilizes his talents and abilities the right way.
He is just being used to sell tickets. He will never see the floor with Philadelphia. He needs to demand a trade to Utah if he is to ever play a minute more in the NBA.
So, just to break down the second dunk: he did a reverse two handed windmill (reverse meaning that he moved the ball in the opposite direction for a right handed player) while doing a 360, also going the opposite direction (right handed players naturally spin one direction while left handed players spin the other direction). Dude doesn't just have nice hops, he's unusually coordinated and ambidextrous.
From a casual watcher it’s wild but for someone like yourself that actually knows what the heck is going on , I can imagine the appreciation of what the heck I just witnessed
@@davee7344 Man, I had to watch it like 5-10 times to process it, and I may still be missing something. I don't think the judges have sufficient access to measure the technicalities of some of these dunks. I've seen a lot of great dunks poorly scored over the years because judges don't appear to have access to replays.
@@ryanp8159 I’m a casual watcher , I’m from the Jordan era so it’s hard for me to get excited over anything, to me the best dunk I ever saw in real time was the Michael jordan side dunk leaning towards the rim tongue out just hang gliding , Mac from my own perspective has so much power with the finish for being so small and short , so when he is in the air it looks beyond crazy, apparently he had the 7th highest vertical ever recorded at the NBA combine like close to 45-46 inches
@@davee7344 I great up watching 90s ball and aspired to be a great dunker. I'm now too old for that and my motor skills can't even process what these dudes do in mid air. So, I'm relegated to spectating. McClung is a freak, who definitely put together a solid routine and nailed it, that'show you win. For a G League player to perform on the big stage like he did says a lot. I would love to see him find a secure position on an NBA roster and defend his title next year. It would also be great for the NBA to expand the number of competitors and do what it takes to get a combination of most athletic/biggest named players to join in. We'll see. Take care.
@@ryanp8159 Him and Zion were phenomenal in high school, amazing if their paths finally crossed at an NBA dunk contest , Zion said he is gonna do it next year, wow!
Draymond would have known, Mac was on the Warriors for a few seconds, and on their G-League in Santa Cruz. It was sad we couldn’t keep him in the Bay, his energy and production was palpable. But all that said, big congrats for winning some much deserved notice here at the Dunk Contest, and we’re very excited to see what he can do with his next opportunity in Philly.
