This is my first Apple Mac Book Air M1 and your video is great . I am excited to add the new I-Phone 12 Pro Max and the I-Pad … so much fun to learn at my age of 74….. I want to keep up with the times.
@@EntrepreneurPromise yes quite easy, I really like Mac os now! More than windows, the apps are very cohesive, word, outlook, PowerPoint all work great no issues uploading homework and word documents I am so glad I made the switch tbh. I saw some videos to help me learn mac os and now I feel very comfortable using it and enjoy it.
This is truly a fantastic tutorial. Being 73 and switching from Windows to Apple, your guidance really ironed out a lot of the wrinkles in the adaptive process. Hats off to you and thank you!!
Thank you so much, this is so helpful. I’m not taking the computer age gracefully, and when I ask for help, I’m told to google it! Some are basic questions that I didn’t know to ask. You are patient and show each step up close, and even show other ways to accomplish the same thing. This is the first tutorial that doesn’t leave me with more questions than answers. I really appreciate it. I want to use my MacBook with proficiency and utilize it to the potential that I need. Your tutorial gives me hope, that I have a useful piece of communication ….and I can learn how to utilize it by finding people willing to take time and patience for us that are relentlessly learning how to maneuver through this computer. I’m looking forward to more beginner Apple MacBook tutorials.
I will start a new job and the company only uses the latest Macs and I'm watching this so I don't look lost on my first day cause I nver used apple products ahah thank you
I just purchased my first Mac , before I had the windows pro which I rarely used and it became useless. Anyway I am not the slightest tech savvy what so ever and it took me about five videos to get to yours and you showed exactly what I needed ! Very basic steps but ALL the difference and I feel more confident in having this device so THANK YOU for your knowledge.
Wow! This was so incredibly helpful! I’ve used iPads and iPhones but never had a laptop so there was a real disconnect between actions and gestures, but your tutorial bridged the gap between the two operating systems. Thank you, thank you, 🙏
Such a good video for those of us who switch over from windows to Mac for the first time! Thank you very much for taking the time to create it. I know I really appreciated this!
Thank you so much. Your tutorial was very thorough and understandable. I was able to follow very easily. This is my first mac, I have only had it for a few weeks and found it very challenging. This was very helpful
Great video. My pc crashed mid way through an exam. I got home yesterday afternoon and switched to Macbook Air M1 and I love it!!! thank you for all your help.
Great video! I am a beginner, my first Apple Mac Book Air M2, switched from Windows to a MacBook Air M2. Easy to understand & follow along. Thank you very much!
Thank you for the tips! I've had my MacBook Air for years and hadn't really taken the time to learn. This video is going to massively change my usage!!
Thank you so much for this information, I’m new to MacBook so quite out of my depth, this has helped enormously. Easy to follow with the zooming in and out, and your clear speaking. Please can we have more basic tutorials like this one.
This is really great video!! I’m getting a MacBook at the end of the year and I’ve never even touched a computer so this is very helpful!! Thank you so much
Wonderful video for a first time Mac owner. I’ve been a PC guy from the late 70’s until now. I’m up for the challenge in my mid 60s and have subscribed to your channel! Peace ✌️
I am thoroughly grateful to you for making the explanation do lucid for the first time users of Apple Mac, like me. Though I am a begginner, it gave me enough confidence to use it. Blessings🙌 keep up your good work. 👏👍👏
One of the most comfortable tutorials I have seen on RU-vid. Most speakers act as if they are auctioneers with speed talking, however this was very well paced, allowed pauses at parts I wanted to try myself and was extremely informative! Looking forward to learning Apple products from Tech & Design!!
I was looking for a good video for my daughter who just started using a MacBook Air, but geez, I just learned a few things myself! Great content! Thank you.
I'm very happy that you made this tutorial cause I just switched from Windows user to a MacBook Air with M1 and this is for sure going to be easier to understand my new baby. Thank you!
Thank you so much. You have helped me today! I just switched this year (2023) and I'm happy to discover this for beginner video published 2 years ago. :)
Very useful. I learned a lot about this coming from a windows platform. Fyi you don't really need to zoom in that much at all. Your pointer is clear enough

Learned from gestures, thanks, only knew about swiping up. You can subtract one finger though. The ones you stated with 4 fingers can be done with three and the 5 with 4.
Excellent, excellent video. Wish I had this over 25 years ago b/c always liked the closed architecture of Mac but struggled with keypad, mouse and functionality. Thank you!
