Macedon: Trail run in Australia

In February 2022 I visited Australia for the first time. A local runner who I met through Strava took me to Mount Macedon to enjoy some Australian trails. It was a fun day.

Thanks for the inspiring video! The bird was a Sulphur-crested cockatoo, and yes, birds in Australia do tend to screech. Cockatoos often fly in large flocks calling to each other, it makes a lot of noise!

Jack, here's more of Australia for you. The day before this run I did a long run around the city of Melbourne. I ran through a Flying Fox conservation area and it was wild. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Cb65KuJkhoE.html

This is so cool! Mount Macedon is 30 mins from my house and is where I do all my trail training ☺️ such a lovely place to run

Hi Patrick, I run in shoes from Topo Athletic. For road I use the Phantom 2 and the Ultraventure Pro for trail.
