The "Filigree" is one of the oldest and certainly one of the most beautiful techniques for designing jewelry. This technique has been used for centuries in Macedonia and many beautiful and unique jewels and different items are made of which we are marveling even nowadays. Each piece is unique in form and appearance. Since every piece is made by hand, no two are alike. There is no mass production when it comes to authentic filigree.
