An example of robotic metal forming using Machina.
The surface is created in a generative modeling application and a toolpath generated as a spiralling form (Autodesk Dynamo), with the toolpath discretized and the offline program generated via a Dynamo-based implementation of Machina.
In collaboration with Jeremy Ficca and Lolo Ladron from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Architecture. Timelapse recorded at 8x speed.
