Wait since when is Kerbeus bad? EDIT: so basically I left the fandom way back at the beginning of Burst. It WAS good back then in the Burst system, but apparently it’s really light compared to the modern ones. And apparently that makes it not competitive. That said, I rarely saw Kerbeus burst.
