I’m a young kid who started drumming at least a year and a half ago, I’m already learning things that people who would only start to play at least after two years of playing and would take weeks to get the hang of. Unlike many people I just learn fast but the only reason I learn fast is because I’m impatient. This video is awesome and shows how anyone can be a drummer. I have two drum teachers who are both awesome. To any new learns just know it takes some time to get good at something. It is okay if at sometimes you feel like quiting but you just have to push through. Sometimes breaks are good so you don’t over work your self but make sure to keep practicing even when not in band or any class. If your a home learner RU-vid videos will definitely help. Also just know, don’t feel bad if you don’t know the names of all the symbols and drums. I dont know them all either 😑
