About 5 years ago I bought this yarn to hand knitt a cardigan. I got past the ribbing and paused it. Last year I got this knitting machine and decided this week, you know what I think I'll try to put my cardigan on the machine. I was giving it a try and was having difficulty conseptualizing some parts. So as one does I thought let me check on youtube for a tutorial for at least the mechanics of it. You can imagine my utter joy when I found a tutorial on the same machine I had with the same yarn I was using, that had not only a detailed pattern but an informative video.

Great pattern. I used this pattern to knit my granddaughter a sweater on my Bond Incredible Sweater Machine. She loves it. I used Red Heart Supersaver in Parrot Stripe.
I'm definitely going to make this. I may be mistaken, but i noticed on your increased rows that you didn't pick up the purl bump. It was difficult to see. I'll have to view it again on a larger screen. Thanks for the instruction.
I am using a Silver Reed LK150 mid gauge machine. I bought mine used from a local resident resale site (Facebook Marketplace). I have seen they are still sold new in USA knitting machine stores. The few I saw on Amazon were not the Silver Reed brand. I am not familiar with their global availability.
For a looser bind off I modify a crochet bind off (my usual bind off) with having the empty needle to the right out and have the yarn go around it also before pulling a loop through 2 stitches. This keeps the last bind of stitch loop from being pulled too tight.
On the Lk150 I usually don't add weights to the cast on comb. The white ends of these cast on combs are ways to join another one to make a longer one. I usually do have to hang claw weights to the sides of my larger knit garments to keep the edge stitches knitting properly.
I gave a thumb down because as good as your clear instructions are, you did not put the camera close enough for your viewers to see exactly how you are manipulating the machine needles. Viewing other machine knitting instructional tutorials may be helpful. I would really like to see more and learn more from you.
